1. Introduction

 

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the "User"), and Infinite Labs, Inc. ("Infinite Labs"), governing your use of the game "Infinite Dimensions" ("Game") and its accompanying content.

 

2. Grant of License

 

Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Infinite Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

 

2.1. Install and use the Game on your personal computers, mobile devices, and other compatible hardware ("Devices");

2.2. Access, view, and use the Game's content, including but not limited to software, text, images, audio, video, and data;

2.3. Create and share screenshots or videos of the Game for non-commercial purposes, provided that you include a clear and visible attribution to Infinite Labs;

2.4. Participate in online multiplayer features of the Game, subject to the terms of any applicable Terms of Service.

 

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

 

Infinite Labs owns all rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the Game by installing, accessing, or using the Game.

 

4. Updates

 

Infinite Labs may release updates to the Game at its discretion. You agree to install and use all updates that are required to continue using the Game.

 

5. Use Restrictions

 

You agree not to use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You also agree not to:

 

5.1. Modify, adapt, or translate the Game or its accompanying content;

5.2. Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Game or its accompanying software;

5.3. Use cheats, exploits, or other unauthorized means to gain an unfair advantage in the Game;

5.4. Use the Game to bully, harass, or abuse other users;

5.5. Distribute or sublicense the Game or its accompanying content to third parties;

5.6. Use the Game to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

 

6. Termination

 

Infinite Labs may terminate this EULA at any time if you violate any of its terms or conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and its accompanying content.

 

7. Limited Warranty

 

Infinite Labs warrants that the Game will perform substantially as described in the documentation provided with the Game for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of first use. If the Game does not perform substantially as described during the warranty period, you may request a refund by contacting Infinite Labs at info@inflabs.net

 

8. Disclaimer

 

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." INFINITE LABS EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

9. Limited Liability

 

IN NO EVENT SHALL INFINITE LABS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE GAME, EVEN IF INFINITE LABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

 

10. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Labs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game.

 

11. Miscellaneous

 

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Infinite Labs regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this EULA and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.

 

12. Updates

 

This EULA may be updated from time to time without notice to you.
